FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food and essential oil industry. Disclosed is a device for producing vegetable extracts and hydrolates under the effect of microwave energy, comprising a cylindrical extractor housing with microwave radiation sources, extractor housing accommodates dielectric cylindrical chamber for initial stock. Device is additionally equipped with a receiving hopper, which inlet branch pipe is equipped with a distributing auger and is rigidly connected to the dielectric cylindrical chamber, wherein the chamber is perforated and is provided with a coaxially mounted dielectric screw, providing a continuous extraction process, in addition, lower part of the cylindrical body of the extractor is equipped with a branch pipe providing the input of the extractant and the removal of the hydrolate, the device also includes a drain branch pipe for draining the extract, and in upper part of device there is a discharge channel for spent vegetable raw material.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of extraction due to continuous extraction process.
