FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical stapling and cutting tools and cassettes with staples intended for use with them. Surgical stapling device for treating a patient's tissue comprises a handle, a rod, an end effector, a trigger system, a cutting system, a means of suspending a surgical suturing device, a trigger, a trigger bar and a haptic feedback generator. Rod passes from the handle. End effector extends from the rod. End effector comprises first branch, second branch, cartridge body, brackets and stop. One of the first and second branches is movable relative to the other branch. Cartridge body includes recesses for staples. Staples are stored with possibility of removal in grooves for brackets. Anvil is configured to deform the staples. Starting system is configured to push staples from staple grooves to the anvil during inrush stroke. Cutting system is configured to cut fabric during cutting stroke after completion of starting stroke. Suspension means of the surgical stapling device is intended to provide a user with a surgical stapling device the possibility of selecting, to perform or not to perform cutting stroke with the help of surgical suturing device. Launching rack is in functional engagement with firing hook. Launching the trigger actuates the trigger bar to the end effector during the firing stroke. Tactile feedback generator is engaged with the trigger bar. Tactile feedback generator is configured to generate a row of sounds which become louder as the firing stroke or a row of sounds progresses at a rate which increases as the firing stroke proceeds.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables providing optional tissue dissection.
