SUBSTANCE: system for determining an unwanted call comprises: a call control means, intended for call interception from terminal device of calling party to terminal device of called party and early termination of call by stopping transmission of media data within the established call connection; recording means for generating a recording of media data transmitted within the established call connection during a call; classification means for converting the generated media record into a set of features and determining the call as undesirable based on the generated set of features using a pre-trained call classification model.

EFFECT: providing information security by early termination of an unwanted call.
