SUBSTANCE: stated result is achieved by conducting a preliminary analysis of the parameters of the call, and based on the results thereof, determining a first value of probability of identifying the call as unwanted; determining additional parameters of the call by analysing the streaming data of the call if said first value of probability exceeds the first threshold value; conducting a repeat analysis of the parameters of the call with account for the additional parameters; determining a second value of probability of identifying the call as unwanted based on the results of the repeat analysis; if said second value of probability exceeds the second threshold value, identifying the call as unwanted; additionally, identifying the subscriber making the unwanted call to the subscriber whose data is subject to protection from an unwanted call.
EFFECT: reduce errors of the first and second kind when detecting unwanted calls.
