FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to equipment, namely creation of chip for immunochemical analysis (ICA) using the effect of giant Raman scattering (GRC). Method of producing a GRC chip involves treating a silicon substrate by modifying it with a substance of structure:

under action of ultrasound and subsequent mobilization of silver nanoparticles from a concentrated colloidal solution. Preparation of a colloidal solution involves dissolving 5.1 mg of silver nitrate in 30 mg of deionized water, dissolving 9.8 mg of sodium citrate in 300 mcl of deionized water, bringing silver nitrate solution to boiling point and adding to it sodium citrate solution drop by drop, cooling the obtained colloidal solution to room temperature and its subsequent concentration in 2–50 times.

EFFECT: high quality of analysis owing to high accuracy of determining the desired substance, shorter time spent on obtaining results, and easier use while simultaneously increasing the storage life of the obtained results.
