FIELD: optical spectroscopy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optical spectroscopy and relates to a method for recording spectra of giant Raman light scattering. The method includes conjugating molecules of a test sample with magnetic nanoparticles and mixing the resulting conjugates of sample molecules with a buffer for analysis. The method also includes pumping the conjugates of the sample molecules in the buffer through the flow cell, fixing the position of the conjugates of the sample molecules in the cell using a magnetic field, further pumping the buffer for analysis, recording the spectra of giant Raman light scattering in the region of fixing the conjugates of the sample molecules, turning off the magnetic field, pumping assay buffer through the flow cell to deliver the next batch of conjugates of sample molecules or a subsequent sample.
EFFECT: increasing sensitivity and enabling continuous automated analysis of various samples.
