SUBSTANCE: Komagatella phaffii T07/pPZL-4x-OA-xyl-AsOr strain was obtained as a result of genetic modification of Komagatella phaffii Т07 yeast strain. Available nutrient media are used for cultivation of the strain. The strain produces the enzyme xylanase from Aspergillus oryzae (xAOr-Fl) fungus.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain xylanase with increased resistance and stability with a high degree of efficiency from a xylanase-producing strain.
