SUBSTANCE: invention relates to genetic engineering and biotechnology and can be used to produce a chimeric human angiogenin protein. Recombinant plasmid is proposed, pPICZaA:ZZ_ANG, which contains a synthetic gene for the chimeric protein of human angiogenin (SEQ ID NO: 1), consisting of the amino acid sequence of two IgG-binding domains of the protein A (SEQ ID NO: 2) and human angiogenin (SEQ ID NO: 3), linked together by a peptide linker (SEQ ID NO: 4). Plasmid has a size of 4228 bp. Strain of yeast is proposed, Pichia pastoris X-33/pPICZaA:ZZ-ANG, which is the producer of the recombinant chimeric protein of human angiogenin ZZ-ANG and obtained by transforming yeast by Pichia pastoris X-33 linearized plasmid pPICZaA:ZZ-ANG.
