SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for efficient removal of liquid from yarn with continuous cellulose lyocell threads in aqueous tertiary amine oxide. At the same time, skeins or yarn with cellulose fibers based on lyocell are directed around the roller under conditions ensuring observance of the yarn acceleration equation a_sp = r x ω² x titer/40, wherein a_sp is at least 296 m/s², where r denotes the radius of the roller (m), ω denotes angular velocity (1/s), and titer (dtex) is a skein/yarn titer, provided that it is at least 20.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to remove liquids from bundles of threads/yarn even at high speeds of production due to reduction of correlation between speed of production, titer of skein/yarn and radius of a roller to ensure efficient and simple removal of liquid.
