FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to wood pulp suitable for manufacture of lyocell molded products, to a lyocell molded product made using wood pulp, and to methods for manufacture of a lyocell molded product and wood pulp. Wood pulp has a cellulose content in the range from 85 wt.% to 50 wt.%, and a hemicellulose content of at least 7 wt.%, while the ratio of xylene (C5) and mannan (C6) fractions present in hemicellulose (the ratio C5/C6) is in the range from 125:1 to 1:3.
EFFECT: provision of reduction in the cellulose content in a final product by means of an increase in the content of other components of wood pulp, in particular hemicellulose, as well as lignin without significant limitations relatively to parameters of the resulting material.
