FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: proposed is an implantable magnetic marker containing at least one fragment of a material with a large Barkhausen jump (LBJ), containing at least one loop. A marker in the form of a coil is deployed to indicate a section of tissue in the body for subsequent surgical intervention, and a magnetic detection system with a hand-held probe excites the marker at a voltage above or below the strength of the magnetisation reversing field necessary for bistable magnetisation reversal of the marker, causing generation of a harmonic response in a bistable or sub-bistable mode.
EFFECT: application of the group of inventions allows for detection and location of the disease site.
