FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of heat-conducting materials and can be used for interfacing various heat-stressed devices and parts. Heat-conducting paste contains heat-conducting inorganic filler in the form of graphite powder, obtained both from graphite of natural origin, and from graphite obtained artificially in amount of 22.6–52.6 wt. %, and binder in form of organic glycerine in amount of 19.5–69.5 wt. % and dispersant in amount of 7.9–17.9 wt. % based on polycarboxylic acids.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the fact that the graphite particles in the graphite powder, in combination with the binder and the dispersant, are in contact with each other and give the heat-conducting paste improved thermophysical characteristics due to the increased heat conductivity and percolation effect, besides, technological process of paste preparation using graphite powder is not energy intensive, which reduces paste cost.
