FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to heat-conducting pastes containing a mixture of synthetic and silicone oils and a mixture of heat-conducting fillers. The composite heat-conducting material based on a nanofluid can be used as a heat carrier for creating new heat power plants, heat interfacial materials (HIM). The invention constitutes a multicomponent heterogeneous system filled with finely dispersed agglomerates of particles with different structures, heat-conducting properties, dielectric and mechanical properties at certain quantitative ratios between the components, as well as technological features of connection thereof.
EFFECT: improved heat conductivity and dynamic viscosity of the produced material.
