FIELD: materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of creating heat-conducting materials and can be used for detachable electrically conductive coupling of various thermally stressed devices and parts. Electrically conductive thermally conductive paste contains an oil base of organic polydimethylsiloxane (PMS) with aerosil; organic polydimethylsiloxane is used as an oil base - PMS silicone oil - 20-30% mixed with aerosil - 0.3-1.1%. Uniform particles of aluminium nitride with sizes of 3-7 mcm - 25-33% and particles of narrow-grained diamond powder with sizes of 0.1-1.0 mcm - 5-15% were used as thermally conductive inorganic fillers. As particles of electrically conductive materials, aluminium powder particles with sizes of 5-15 mcm - 10-20% and homogeneous graphene particles with sizes of 3-10 mcm - 10-20% were used.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the quality of the paste over long periods of use and storage, as well as to increase thermal conductivity of the paste.
