FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: technology of production of micro-plants in the in vitro culture is developed with a vitamin complex (B1, B6, C) in a concentration of 2.5 mg/l at a ratio of this complex of 2:1:2. Its positive effect on micro-plant morphogenesis is established.
EFFECT: complex use in laboratory and, then, field tests, as well as in production conditions, of improved seed material obtained using a vitamin complex (B1, B6, C) in a concentration of 2.5 mg/l in a nutrient medium allows for obtaining the greatest yield of mini-tubers in the ground and increasing the volume of produced super-elite potato for 1.5-1.8 times compared to the reproduction of initial material from micro-plants obtained on a standard nutrient medium recommended for growing such potato.
