FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. The invention is a method for long-term in vitro deposition of remontant raspberry plants. It relates to the field of agriculture and namely to plant biotechnology and can be used for long-term non-stop storage of remontant raspberry microplants. The method includes rooting of microplants on a nutrient medium with mineral salts for the proliferation stage according to the method of Murashige and Skoog (MS). Superstim-1 is additionally added to the nutrient medium at a concentration ranging from 1×10-6 to 1×10-9%. The microplants are incubated for 10 -12 months in a light room at an illumination intensity of 2500 lx, a 16-hour photoperiod and a temperature of 20-22C.
EFFECT: invention will increase reproductive rate of plants by increasing the rooting rate and survival rate at the adaptation stage.
