SUBSTANCE: invention represents a nutrient medium for microclonal propagation of virus-free potato plants containing the following components in mg/l: ammonium nitrate 1,650, potassium nitrate 1,900, monosubstituted potassium phosphate 170, magnesium sulphate heptahydrate 370, calcium chloride dihydrate 440, iron sulphate heptahydrate 27.8, trilon B 37.3, boric acid 6.2, manganese sulphate tetrahydrate 22.3, cobalt chloride hexahydrate 0.025, copper sulphate pentahydrate 0.025, zinc sulphate heptahydrate 8.6, potassium iodide 0.83, sodium molybdate dihydrate 0.25, meso-inositol 80, casein hydrolyzate 50, ascorbic acid 0.5, thiamine chloride 0.5, pyridoxine chloride 0.5, indoleacetic acid 1.0, kinetin 0.2, indolylbutyric acid 0.2, sucrose 20,000, agar 6,000 and water up to 1 l, wherein additionally contains copper sulphate in amount of 2 mg/l of medium.
EFFECT: proposed invention will make it possible to reduce time of cultivation of healthy microplants of potato in vitro and to accelerate production of required quantity of test-tube plants of potato during mass production.
