FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of coatings from alloys, metals, non-metals and their compounds, including multicomponent, on powder materials, as well as for treatment of powder materials in plasma. Device for applying coatings on powder materials comprises a vacuum chamber with covers, equipped with a pumping system, at least two process sources of sprayed particles flow are installed on rotary ports providing rotation of each process source separately relative to its axis and arranged on rotary flange installed on cover of vacuum chamber. At that, it contains powder transfer system equipped with loading trolley with support rollers, on which the drum is installed. Drum is placed in a vacuum chamber, and its inner surface is equipped with mixing projections or ribs. Said sources of sprayed particles flow are arranged along the entire length of the drum.
EFFECT: possibility of applying coatings on powder materials with particle size from several microns to several millimeters with different surface configuration, nature of particles and their degree of dispersion.
