SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved due to the fact that when configuring parameters, a terminal device determines at least one pool of receiving resources for receiving data, transmitted by the additional terminal device, according to the first and second SIB received from the network device. Terminal device receives dedicated radio resource control (RRC) signaling information from a network device, used to indicate the additional pool of resources, wherein the source of the reference clock signals corresponding to the additional pool of reception resources is different from the source of the reference clock signals, corresponding to at least one pool of reception resources. Terminal device determines at least one parameter in connection with the direct connection according to the received first and second SIB. Terminal device determines third parameters, including operating frequency of direct connection, in at least one parameter, determined using the received first and second SIB, and performs display of identifiers according to the third parameters.

EFFECT: implementation of flexible configuration of pools of reception resources.
