SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to the automation of electrical networks, and is intended to determine the reasons for disconnection of consumers of a partitioned power transmission line. To determine the reasons for disconnection of consumers of a partitioned power transmission line, voltage and current are monitored at control points of the network, at inputs of consumers, facts of disappearance of voltage in different points of the network and its presence in other points are compared, facts of occurrence of overload and short-circuit currents in control points and based on comparison of these facts, a conclusion is made on the reasons for disconnection of consumers in the partitioned power transmission line.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities due to determination of reasons of disconnection of consumers of sectioned power transmission line.
