FIELD: metrology.
SUBSTANCE: comparator for verification of plane-parallel gauge blocks relates to the field of metrology, in particular to devices for metrological verification of plane-parallel gauge blocks, and can be used not only for calibration of gauge blocks of nominal length from 0.5 to 100 mm, but also nominal length from 0.1 to 0.5 mm. For this purpose, the comparator is additionally equipped with a removable cassette for locating measures, which is a flat plate made of optical glass, on the surface of which on the side of the upper transducer there are channels connected through the locking unit and the receiver to the vacuum pump, at the same time the surface of the cartridge on the side of the lower transducer is hollow.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities due to wider range of nominal lengths of measured gauge blocks.
