For this purpose, the following is provided: by means of user equipment (UE) it is determined that the first SCell has a beam failure; determining a target serving cell for transmitting a reporting message to a base station, wherein the reporting message is configured to notify the base station that the first SCell has a beam failure; and transmitting the report message to the target serving cell. According to various embodiments of the present invention, a user equipment (UE) SCell beam failure is reported.

EFFECT: technical result consists in achieving possibility to report on beam failure in secondary cell (SCell).
