FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry. Horizontal incision of oral mucosa is performed to form a mucous flap. Mucous flap is peeled from the horizontal incision line to the jaw. Free edge of mucous flap is attached to periosteum. At that, after suturing of free edge of mucous flap to periosteum is performed fixing to mucous membrane in area of apical border of vestibule of collagen tourniquet, ends of which are adapted under borders of vestibule. Thereafter, a swab, a membrane or a protective dressing is applied on a wound surface. Collost brand tourniquet may be used as a collagen tourniquet.
EFFECT: invention can be used in mucogingival surgery performed on soft tissues of gum and alveolar process in complex treatment of patients with complete absence of teeth.
