FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I), where ring A is a benzene ring; R1 is a hydrogen atom; each of R2 and R 3 independently represents a C1-6 alkyl group; R4 is a phenyl group optionally substituted with one or two substituents selected from a group, consisting of a halogen atom, a C1-6 alkoxy group and C1-6 alkyl group, optionally substituted with one to three halogen atoms, 5- or 6-member monocyclic aromatic heterocyclic group, containing 1 heteroatom, selected from a nitrogen atom or a sulfur atom, or a C1-6 alkyl group substituted with one to three halogen atoms, each of R5 and R6 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. Invention also relates to a medicinal agent, comprising a compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof of formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, where the drug is an agent for treating heart failure or pulmonary hypertension by calcium-sensitive receptor antagonization.
EFFECT: compounds having calcium-sensitive receptor antagonist activity and used as an agent for preventing or treating heart failure, pulmonary hypertension.
