FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a stable recombinant protein producer cell line. Method involves cultivation of clones-producers of recombinant immunoglobulins based on the CHO DG44 (dhfr-) cell line and evaluation of productivity and metabolism of clones. Method enables to obtain lines with low cell metabolism of glycolysis products - lactate and glutamine - ammonium metabolism.
EFFECT: stable cell lines-producers with low level of ammonium and lactate release are capable of longer growth, increased density and homogeneity of culture.
