SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a cigarette with very low nicotine content, a kit for switching a regular cigarette smoker to using a tobacco heating device (embodiments) and a method of switching a regular cigarette smoker to an aerosol device. Cigarette with very low nicotine content contains a mixed filler of tobacco with low nicotine content and Cannabis sativa with a very low content Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), as well as at least 1.0 mg of cannabinoids. Cannabis sativa with very low content of THC includes any of the flowers of the Cannabis sativa plant, leaves of the Cannabis sativa plant and reconstituted cannabis containing flowers, leaves or stems of the Cannabis sativa plant. Content of Cannabis sativa with very low content of THC in a cigarette with very low content of nicotine is at least 2 mg, wherein the nicotine content in the cigarette with very low nicotine content is 2.0 mg or less and the total content Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA) and Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in Cannabis sativa with very low content of THC in a cigarette with very low content of nicotine is equal to 1.25 mg/g or less.

EFFECT: providing considerable reduction of content of most toxic substances and rendering assistance to a smoker in transition from ordinary tobacco cigarettes or to electronic cigarettes, or to a tobacco heating device.
