FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building materials production, namely to the production of structural and thermal insulation materials. The method for manufacturing structural and thermal insulation material using municipal solid waste processing products consists in the fact that the silicate block is crushed to a specific surface of 2500 cm2/g, mixed with a modifier, superplasticizer C-3, a strengthening additive in the form of Portland cement, an additional strengthening additive: municipal solid waste processing products (MSW): granulated MSW plastic obtained by recycling technology at waste processing plants, a foaming agent in the form of hydrogen peroxide and sealing water, the mixture is poured into the mold and then heat treatment of the mixture is conducted with microwave currents for 15 minutes at a temperature of 300°C at the following ratio of the components of the mixture, wt. %: the specified silicate block 62.188-64, superplasticizer C-3 0,01–0,012, Portland cement 10-12, granular MSW plastic 0.04-0.1, hydrogen peroxide 0.5-0.7, sealing water 25.
EFFECT: increase in environmental safety and conservation of natural resources in the production of structural and thermal insulation material while preserving its physical and mechanical properties.
