FIELD: layered products.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of decorative laminates used for household equipment, interior decoration materials, e.g., top panels and work surfaces, and pertains to a decorative layered material. The material is produced by compressing a decorative layer and a middle layer while heating, wherein the decorative layer comprises decorative paper and a heat-curing resin. The middle layer includes a pre-preg containing a fibrous base material; a suspension containing an organic resin component; an inorganic filler including an endothermic metal hydroxide; and/or an inorganic substance other than an endothermic metal hydroxide, wherein the suspension impregnates the fibrous base material, wherein the average diameter of particles of the inorganic filler has a value of 0.04 mcm or more and less than 50 mcm, wherein the inorganic filler includes a filler with a small particle diameter, with a first average particle diameter; a filler with a median particle diameter, with a second average particle diameter larger than the first average particle diameter, and a filler with a large particle diameter, with a third average particle diameter larger than the second average particle diameter, wherein the first average particle diameter of the filler with a small particle diameter is 0.04 mcm or more and less than 4 mcm, the second average particle diameter of the filler with a median particle diameter is 4 mcm or more and less than 12 mcm, and the third average particle diameter of the filler with a large particle diameter is 12 mcm or more and less than 50 mcm.
EFFECT: invention provides a decorative layered material with non-flammability and excellent smoothness.
