FIELD: formation of images.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for forming a scene representation. Equipment comprises a receiver receiving a first image and associated first depth data captured by a first depth sensing camera. Equipment also includes a detector which detects the property of the image position for the reference mark in the first image. Reference mark represents the arrangement of the second depth-sensing image camera. Allocation processor determines relative allocation vector, indicating the location of the second camera relative to the first camera in response to the image position property and depth data from the first depth data for the image position of the reference mark. Second receiver receives a second image and second depth data captured by a second depth-sensing image camera. Generator generates a representation of at least a portion of the scene in response to the combination of at least the first image and the second image based on the relative location vector.
EFFECT: high accuracy, reduced complexity and high flexibility of the scene formation process.
