FIELD: metal alloys
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the regulation of internal stresses in disc forgings made of heat-resistant alloys by pre-rotation. The target number of revolutions for regulating internal stresses in disc forgings is determined and the target amount of plastic deformation necessary for regulating internal stresses by pre-rotating disc forgings is determined. Pre-rotation of the disc forgings according to the target number of revolutions, control of the deformation value of the disc forgings and termination of the pre-rotation when the controlled deformation value of the disc forgings reaches the target value are performed. The construction of a diagram of the distribution of internal stresses of disc forgings after preliminary rotation is performed.
EFFECT: creation of microplastic deformation of disc forgings under the action of centrifugal force during rotation is ensured.
