SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a blast heater system, as well as to a blast heating method for a blast furnace in a heater, made with possibility of blowing operation for supply of hot blast to blast furnace. Blast heater system for blast furnace comprises blast heater, made with possibility of blowing operation for supply of hot blast to blast furnace and heating operation for combustion of fuel gas in blowing heater, fuel gas supply line, made with possibility of blast furnace top gas supply to blast heater as fuel gas, and supercharger provided in fuel gas supply line to increase fuel gas pressure so that pressure in the blast heater during the heating operation is equal to the pressure in the blast heater during the blasting operation.
EFFECT: invention discloses a blast heating device for a blast furnace and a method of operating the blast heating device for a blast furnace.
