SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to video signal encoding/decoding techniques. Disclosed is a method of decoding a video signal. Method includes a step of generating a residual block of the current block by performing entropy decoding and inverse quantization on the video signal. Further, a transformation skip flag relating to whether a transformation skip is applied to the current block is analysed based on the fact that the size of the current block is less than a predetermined first size. Index specifying one of the plurality of transformations combinations to be applied to the current block is also analysed based on the transform skip flag.
EFFECT: high efficiency of encoding/decoding a video signal.
