FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and represents method for prediction of risk of unfavourable clinical outcome of postoperative clinical course of peritonitis, complicated with sepsis consists in determining and assessing the activity of Willebrand factor, characterised by that is further determined and activity of blood coagulation factor VIII and V, von Willebrand factor level, time of Hageman-dependent Lysis, activity of natural anticoagulants, protein C and Antithrombin on 1st, 3ed and 7th days after surgical intervention and if observing values of 5 and more of these factors of haemostatic system in comparison with previous results, high risk of unfavourable outcome of postoperative clinical course of peritonitis, complicated with sepsis is predicted, 4 factors is moderate risk, from 1 to 3 is low risk.
EFFECT: invention implementation ensures high accuracy and sensitivity of prediction method.
