FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing glass substrate with low-emission coating. Multilayer coating containing at least the first and the second silver layers and dielectric layers is applied by spraying to glass substrate. Ceramic paint containing phosphorus oxide and sodium oxide, dissolving the specified coating, is applied to peripheral areas of glass substrate. Glass substrate is heated to a temperature of 580-650°C, while heating leads to at least partial damage to coating applied by spraying under coating-dissolving material. After heating, glass substrate is washed to remove excess material from peripheral areas. Heating can be carried out during standard heat processing, for example, thermal hardening and/or during thermal bending, which, otherwise, would be carried out on the coated product.
EFFECT: improvement of the quality of formation of electrical connections due to providing a contact of applied silver pastes with conductive layers of low-emission coatings.
