SUBSTANCE: method for assessing risks to the health and life of employees, determining risk management measures, and apparatus for implementing the method relate to the providing health care and labour safety and can be used in the field of labour relations, industrial, fire and environmental safety, in preventive medicine, including during epidemics or pandemics caused by various infections and first-isolated, as well as previously known, pathogenic biological agents, in all types of manufacture, in any field (branch) of the national economy, including the food industry (food product safety management system regarding assessment of risks and selection of critical control points) at various levels: national, industrial, within the organization and at a separate workplace for identifying hazards, calculating the risk to the health and life of an employee in the course of their work for each of said hazards, accounting for the specifics of a particular enterprise.

EFFECT: increase in the speed and effectiveness of the operational impact on the production environment (regardless of the level of competence of the labour safety specialist) for the purpose of preserving the health and life of labourers and the viability of production due to the method for assessing risks to the health and life of workers and the apparatus for implementation thereof providing a possibility of determining risk management measures in real time, calculating the risks based on the information from detection and measurement tools, notifying about said risks via notification tools, and working in advance by changing the state of the production environment through implementation tools, preventing the state of the environment of the serviced enterprise from falling below the average risk level; calculation and management of risks according to the method involves full automation of all stages, makes the method accessible, fast, eliminates errors caused by the human factor.
