FIELD: lubrication.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for lubrication of friction units. Options for synthetic-based grease containing a dispersion medium and a thickener - diurea - have been proposed. The dispersion medium contains polyethylsiloxane liquid and polyalphaolefin oil. The thickener is a product obtained directly in a dispersion medium by interaction of 4,4'-diisocyanatodiphenylmethane, aniline and n-hexadecylamine. Variants of the method for producing grease are also proposed.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to improve the anti-wear properties of a grease while maintaining its physical and mechanical characteristics.
