FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to converting equipment, in particular to single-ended voltage converters with galvanic isolation, converting direct voltage to direct voltage, and can be used in power supply systems of radio engineering, automation and computer equipment. Method of assembling a power part of a voltage converter, comprising a magnetic conductor of a transformer, primary and secondary windings, input capacitors, an electronic switch, a power rectifier, output capacitors and polygons, connected to negative poles of input and output voltage, characterized by that the magnetic conductor of the transformer is made in the form of a combination of a U-shaped core and a closing plate or two U-shaped cores, wherein the primary and secondary windings, electronic switch and power rectifier are located completely or partially between rods of magnetic conductor of transformer, and arrangement of elements of arrangement of converter is symmetrical relative to longitudinal axis of magnetic conductor of transformer. Proposed method of layout of the power part of the voltage converter comprises bypass rectifiers and throttle arranged in symmetry about transformer magnetic core lengthwise axis.
EFFECT: increase in the arsenal of means in terms of creating the power part arrangements of single-cycle flyback and forward voltage converters with galvanic isolation, allowing to obtain a high-tech small-sized product with a reduced level of radiated and in-phase conducted radio interference.
