SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely, to hematology, and is intended for treating thrombocytopenia. The composition for treating thrombocytopenia in the form of a tablet comprises an Opadry II film-coated core, including avatrombopag or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active component, a mixture of lactose monohydrate, starch, and microcrystalline cellulose as a filler, crospovidone as a disintegrant, a mixture of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of stearic acid with microcrystalline cellulose as a powdering agent, and colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide as a gliding agent. The components are used in the claimed quantities. Presented in another implementation is a method for producing said composition for treating thrombocytopenia in the form of a tablet.

EFFECT: use of the group of inventions ensures production of a composition in tablet form with high stability and bioavailability, wherein the method for producing said composition allows for higher accuracy of the mass of the tablet in dosing.
