SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to medical prevention, exercise therapy, sports medicine, and can be used to improve the health of children of preschool and primary school age throughout the year in preschool or educational institutions, as well as in sanatorium conditions. To do this, a set of exercises is performed, which consists of 6 consecutive blocks: warm-up block; a block of exercises for the development of the muscles of the abdomen, back and shoulder girdle; a block of exercises for the development of jumping ability; a block of exercises for the development of flexibility; block of exercises "Acrobatics"; block of exercises "Active games". The complex of exercises is carried out in 3 stages. The pace of exercise increases in stages from minimum to maximum. Classes are held 2 times a week, the duration of one lesson is 30 minutes.

EFFECT: method ensures the adaptation of the organism of children of preschool and primary school age to physical activity, which allows developing physical qualities: dexterity, endurance, strength, speed, as well as coordination of movements and balance function, due to the systematized implementation of the developed set of physical exercises performed in a certain sequence and in certain mode of execution.
