SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in making a dental prosthesis. A connection structure for processing is provided, which without disturbing the alignment connects the dental CAD/CAM block to be machined with the block holder to hold it on the processing device. An engaging projection is formed on the block connecting surface of the block to be processed, and an engaging recess is formed on the connecting surface of the block holder. An adhesive holding space is formed between them. The adhesive is applied to it, and the engaging projection and the engaging recess are engaged and connected. The engaging protrusion formed on the block to be processed is rectangular or substantially rectangular. If the engaging protrusion extends from the front surface toward the rear surface of the block to be processed, the protrusion may be removed from the mold by moving the protrusion.

EFFECT: the invention can be used to improve the technology of producing a dental prosthesis.
