FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to mesoporous molecular sieve, in particular to molecular sieve DLM-1, related to molecular sieve Al-SBA-15. Described is a molecular sieve DLM-1, which is a molecular sieve Al-SBA-15 and has a schematic chemical composition represented by the formula "first oxide*second oxide", where said first oxide is silicon dioxide, said second oxide is aluminium oxide, content of aluminium oxide in weight percent in said schematic chemical composition is 15% or more and 85% or less. Method of producing molecular sieve DLM-1 includes a step of contacting amorphous aluminosilicate in form of powder, P123 triblock copolymer and water under crystallisation conditions to obtain a molecular sieve; and a step for calcining said obtained molecular sieve. Described also is a molecular sieve composition comprising a DLM-1 molecular sieve and a binder, and a method of treating an organic substance, which includes a step of contacting the organic substance with the above DLM-1 molecular sieve or a molecular sieve composition.

EFFECT: creation of molecular sieve DLM-1, suitable for improvement of activity of hydrodenitrogenation of heavy distillate oil.
