FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering and can be used to regulate the parameters of hot water supply of buildings, houses or structures. The control and regulation unit for hot water supply parameters includes a heating supply pipeline branched off from it and a hot water pipeline connected in parallel, connected in series with the heating supply pipeline, and a control unit, while the first temperature measurement unit is installed on the section of the supply pipeline before the branch of the hot water pipeline, the second temperature measurement unit is installed on the hot water pipeline, the outputs of the temperature measurement units are connected to the inputs of the control unit, one pressure sensor is installed on each, the hot water supply pipeline and on the return pipeline, the outputs of which are connected to the inputs of the control unit, a control valve is installed on the hot water supply pipeline, the input of which is connected to the output of the electric drive, the input of which is connected to the output of the control unit, made with the possibility of generating control signals based on the readings of temperature measurement units and coolant temperature measurement units, a damping line with a check valve is connected between the hot water supply pipeline and the heating supply pipeline.
EFFECT: creation of an automatic control system for regulating the parameters of hot water, which provides reliable and long-term operation by ensuring a stable mode of regulating the pressure and temperature of the coolant.
