FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to obstetrics and endocrinology, and is intended to predict pregnancy outcomes in women with type 1 diabetes during pregnancy. The level of excretion of inflammation markers - interleukin-1β (IL-1β), monocytic chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) with daily urine is determined at terms 10-12, 22-24 and 30-32 weeks of pregnancy. In the absence of a twofold increase in the level of daily urinary excretion of IL-1β, MCP-1 and TGF-β1 above the figures characteristic of physiological pregnancy in all three trimesters, its favorable outcome is predicted. With a two-fold increase in IL-1β, MCP-1 and TGF-β1 above the figures characteristic of physiological pregnancy in all three trimesters, an unfavorable outcome is predicted with early delivery - earlier than 38 weeks of pregnancy.

EFFECT: invention provides effective prediction of pregnancy outcomes in women with type 1 diabetes mellitus.
