SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to obstetrics and gynaecology, and can be used for prediction of preeclampsia during pregnancy. Presence of oedematous syndrome, thrombocyte count, thrombin time, oxidative metabolism are determined. Index of prediction of developing preeclampsia in pregnancy (PIPEP) is calculated by developed formula. If the PIPEP is more than 17.2, a high risk of preeclampsia is predicted, and if the PIPEP value is equal to or less than 17.2, a low risk of preeclampsia is predicted.

EFFECT: method is objective, does not require additional examination methods, is non-invasive, enables evaluating a risk of preeclampsia accompanying pregnancy by using routine clinical-laboratory examinations.
