FIELD: measuring devices.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a measuring device for determining the flow rate of a fluid flowing through a pipe section, including a measuring tube (12; 112) having a tube wall (14), at least one ultrasonic sensor (18, 20; 116) for transmitting acoustic signal and / or receiving an acoustic signal, having the upper side (21) of the ultrasonic sensor, and the holding element (22), at the same time, at least one opening of the first kind (28; 116) is provided in the wall (24) of the tube, into which the specified at least one ultrasonic sensor (18, 20; 116) can be inserted, and at the same time the measuring device (10; 110 ) has a mounted state in which the holding element (22) encircles the measuring tube (12; 112) annularly and adjoins the said at least one ultrasonic sensor (18, 20; 116) inserted into the hole of the first kind (28; 116).
EFFECT: secure fastening of the ultrasonic sensors in the bore of the measuring tube and with the possibility of not experiencing any external forces that lead to damage to the ultrasonic sensor, and which, if possible, does not develop corrosion on the measuring tube in humid environmental conditions.
