The method consists in the fact that additionally for cellular cells, a geometry condition of 0.65<Scirc/ Scell<0.91 is determined, for which a desktop is used, and also front and/or side illumination is used for scanning, cells or a cellular panel are fed to the desktop, scanning is performed, data from scanning equipment is sent to the signal processing module, where the geometry of the structure of the cells or cellular panel is recognized from the obtained three-dimensional model of the cells or cellular panel, geometric constructions and calculations are performed, and the results of the work are visualized in the form of a report containing information about the calculations carried out, and a conclusion is made about the compliance of the geometry of the cellular cell with the geometry parameters set in the program and conclusions are made about the result of measuring the geometry of the cellular cell and the cellular panel as a whole.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of measuring the geometry of cells and cellular panels, a reduction in the number of defective products, an increase in the productivity of the manufacturing process of sound-absorbing structures, a reduction in the time spent on measurements.
