FIELD: control and measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control and measuring equipment in the field of mass and at the same time sample quality control and sorting of single products in the form of flat polygons of regular shape, which require reliable and accurate multi-parameter control of geometric dimensions, quality of coatings and applied images on each product. The device of the system for streaming per-instance quality control and sorting of single products in the form of flat polygons of regular shape contains: the first conveyor with the initial loading buffer of single products and the first conveyor belt with rows of blind cells parallel along the direction of movement of the tape for moving products in them by no more than one product in one cell; an intermediate receiving-feeding unit with water dispensers at the exit of the first conveyor belt under its rows of cells for gravitational discharge of products by no more than one product into a cell into through cells, also located in rows parallel along the direction of movement of the tape of the second conveyor belt of the second receiving conveyor along flat table surface; above and below the second conveyor belt in the zone of optical control through through cells and slots transverse to the direction of movement of the tape, through in a flat table and narrow enough to prevent products from being stuck in them from through cells, but with the possibility of illumination and optical scanning from the bottom side of the product in the through cell , optical units (two control channels) as part of the laser illumination.
EFFECT: significant qualitative and quantitative rationalization of the system with the choice of functionality to meet the requirements of the controlled parameters of single products for continuous high-performance reliable sorting of good and defective products according to many controlled features with their large stream quantity.
