FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to methods for connecting two parts with the formation of a mono-block unit. Initial parts made of material containing powders of at least one metal and/or ceramic material with a different granulometric or chemical composition and the same percentage of filler and one or more polymer-based thermoplastic binders are connected in such a way that to obtain an initial mono-block unit. The binder is removed from the mentioned mono-block unit and sintered to obtain a dense mono-block unit forming a final part containing at least two parts with different grain sizes.
EFFECT: obtaining a part with a dual microstructure with increase in quality, increase in quality of the surface of the joint zone, possibility of control of quality of the joint before the removal of the binder with decrease in the number of defects.
