FIELD: pump building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump engineering and is used in oil and gas equipment for drilling wells. Mud pump is made in motor transport version. Pump includes a mechanical part with driving facilities, including connecting rod-slider groups, and a hydraulic part with hydraulic boxes 13 and cylinder-piston groups. Mechanical part is made with shortened crank shaft 4 with maximum approximation of journals of bearing supports. For assembly of connecting rod-slider groups, gear of transmission shaft 3 and gear wheel of crank shaft 4, which make up chevron gear, are made with groove between half-chevrons, not exceeding 20 mm, or without grooves. For the cylinder-piston groups assembly, hydraulic boxes 13 attachment assemblies to welded bed 1 are made using the one-piece mounting means, each of which fixes by means of threaded connection corresponding cylinder bushing 7 with housing 14, in which bushing 7 is installed. Bearing supports of transmission and crank shafts 3 and 4 are made directly in flat walls of bed 1. Bearing supports of crank shaft 4 represent a split structure. Each such support is made with an insert installed flush with installation frame 21 of bed 1. Insert height is minimal.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reduction of pump dimensions in transverse direction.
