FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed unit is intended for gas cleaning from dust and other solid particles in various industries. Gas purification unit comprises a cylinder-conical housing in the upper cylindrical part of which the loading device is installed tangentially and coaxially the cleaned gas unloading device, and in lower part solid particles unloading device connected with bin to receive solid particles. In lower zone of cylindrical part of housing there are support hollows of cylindrical shape contacting with inner surface with coaxially installed cylindrical inserts, having turning device and through slots of rectangular cross section, in which there are arranged with possibility of longitudinal movement of deflecting plates of rectangular shape, equipped with mechanism of movement along slots. In the tapered part of the tapered housing on its inner surface there are rectilinear grooves, the depth of which is reduced to the solid particles unloading device. On surfaces of baffle plates on the side of approaching flow there are protrusions, and on the opposite side there are protrusions, at that to flat end surfaces of baffle plates flat cutters are connected with possibility of movement and rotation.

EFFECT: simple design, low hydraulic resistance, efficient cleaning of contaminated gases.
